GENERAL
- Reference sheets must be clear
- Reposting on external sites is okay as long as direct credit is given
- I have the write to deny service to anyone and use commissions within my portfolio and website
- Deadlines are allowed but mustn't be too strict, otherwise a rush fee will incur
- Art is not my full-time job, I have school, life and other priorities in life. These situations may delay commission work so please be understanding.
- Turnaround time for commissions is 1 week [ from receiving payment]
- ponies, watamote and touhou characters get 5% off !!PAYMENT
- Payments are made via Kofi donation which must be payed within 1 week, otherwise the commission will be cancelled and you may be blacklisted [ applies to adoptables and YCHs aswell ]
If you are having technical difficulties paying, please contact me as soon as possible to work something out
- Payment plans are accepted but the piece past the sketch phase will not be completed until payment has been fully payed off.REFUNDS & CHANGES
- No refunds are given for any reason other than me being unable to complete your commission. Of which I will then contact you and give you a full refund.
- I do not accept any changes after the sketch stage unless they are minor. However, any mistakes on the design made by myself will be corrected without issue.DESIGN TOS
- No refunds will be given once the design has been fully paid off. No changes will be made to the design after the design has been approved previously.
- You may trade, sell and gift however you like and for how much you like [ though the buyer must be aware you are selling it for more than you initially purchased it for ]
- If uploading the design to Toyhouse, please credit my Toyhouse account [ cottageram ]
- You may make changes to the design; do not draw over my art without my permission.
- I retain the right to keep or resell rejected custom designs.
